Essential watching to get the best out of your Green tea.

I have not kept count of how many times someone has said that they don't like Green tea because it is 'too bitter' but if I was keeping count I would have lost count many years ago. If you are one of those people then this post is for you.

There are 3 reasons why green tea tastes too bitter:

1. You are using tea bags or really broken up tea leaves. A large surface area means that any hot water will extract too much bitterness.

2. You are brewing too long. Stewing the leaves extracts more bitterness.

3. You are using boiling water.

So grab a pack of select Spring picked leaves and follow this video to taste true Green tea.
