We are sorry but we have sold out of this tea and it is almost impossible for us to find a similar batch until Autumn. This was extremely limited edition.

A really fascinating Tie Guan Yin style tea that crosses the Tie Guan Yin cultivar with the Huang Dan variety to make a Huang Guan Yin oolong.

The taste is uniquely fresh with a sensation of sourness and unripe fruit which is so dynamic in the mouth. When I first tried this tea I was bowled over by its character and individuality and I knew that I had to snap it up. I could not source more than 2kg of this tea so it is very, very limited edition.

Sour Sap is made in the modern Qing Xiang style and comes from Xiping.
