Dong Ding Oolong or Frozen Summit may be a famous Taiwanese Oolong but it is being made in other countries especially Thailand as part of the movement towards New World Tea.
So, does the Thai version match the quality of a Taiwanese produced Dong Ding? I obviously have my opinions but I wanted to find out what a complete tea novice thought through a blind tasting. Would someone with an inexperienced tea palate choose the higher grade tea?
