Can GABA Oolong cure a Hangover?

Trying out some GABA after a heavy night of drinking.

It was a long weekend in London which means that the Mei Leaf teahouse was going to be closed on a Monday. We are usually open seven days a week so whenever there is a public holiday it is a rare opportunity for us to kick back and have a bit of fun without worrying that my phone is going to ring from work.

On this particular weekend we had a fairly heavy night of drinking (very unusual for us) and we woke feeling a little worse for wear. What better time than to make a video to test out (in a very unscientific way) if GABA oolong was better than other teas at easing a hangover.

While the results were never going to be conclusive we did get to taste some great GABA tea and Lucy had her first taste of the crazy Amethyst GABA Oolong which has since become a client favourite.
